Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Demanding industrial projects, modern engineering methods and real responsibility – in an established team of 14.
FISEKON GmbH – Fischer Elektrokonstruktion (formerly DDT GmbH) has stood for professional electrical engineering design and technical documentation since 1998. With a team of 14, we support well-known companies from a wide range of industries – from mid-sized machine builders to international industrial groups.
Over many years we have established ourselves as an engineering partner. Customers come to us for technical competence, a structured way of working and the quality of the results – and they stay.
For some years now the company has been run as a family business in its second generation. We combine the values of a long-term, owner-managed company with the ambition to keep developing: modern working methods, digital processes and the deliberate extension of our capabilities.
At the same time we are deliberately not an anonymous corporation. Short decision paths, an uncomplicated working relationship and real responsibility are part of our working day. We grow steadily and with a sense of proportion – with the aim of building a strong team for the long run.

Your experience deserves the right setting
As an experienced electrical design engineer you will find an environment where your expertise counts and where you can take on responsibility. Instead of rigid corporate structures, you can expect short decision paths, demanding projects and the room to bring in your own ideas.
Depending on your experience you will look after your own customer projects, take technical responsibility in complex engineering tasks and develop solutions with our customers that still hold up in five years’ time.
We are looking for people who do not merely execute electrical design, but think projects through, take responsibility and enjoy solving technical problems.
Is that the challenge you are looking for? Then we should meet. An application takes less than two minutes – your CV is enough, no cover letter needed.
