We do not carry out these trades ourselves. On request we bring in specialised partners and coordinate the interfaces – you keep a single technical point of contact.

We document so that maintenance and later adjustments remain possible without us. An operator should not depend on their design contractor.

Energy technology changes faster than its plants. A boiler runs for decades; its control system reaches end of life much earlier. A storage unit or a generation plant is added and has to fit into grown infrastructure. In both cases the real work is not the new technology but its connection to what exists.

Plants of this kind outlast several generations of operating staff. We therefore build documentation so it is readable without prior knowledge — not so it is quick for whoever wrote it. Maintenance and later adjustments must remain possible without us; an operator should not depend on their design contractor.

On sprawling sites, order becomes a task of its own. Where energy, safety, access control and communications sit side by side, the difficulty is rarely the single system but the structure above it: a tagging scheme that keeps every component findable to the metre.

Frequent questions

Our control system is discontinued. What is the first step?

The as-is survey. Replacing the component is the easy part; what tips such projects over are twenty years of changes that never flowed back into the documents. We first reconcile drawings and plant and deliver the list of deviations.

Will we still be able to act after the project?

That is the benchmark. We hand over in your system and documented, so your maintenance team and any later contractor can work with it. A result only we could continue would be no gain for you.

Do you take on the ongoing upkeep?

Yes, under a maintenance agreement with a fixed monthly allowance. You report changes informally and we work them in. That is the path for the many small changes that are individually too small to order and together cost you the current state.
