Project support & system solutions
On larger projects, design is rarely the problem. The problem is the interfaces: between trades, between suppliers, between what was ordered and what is delivered. That is exactly where we come in.
We accompany projects across their full duration: technical coordination with your project managers and departments, review of supplied documentation, coordination of the trades involved.
A considerable part of this work consists of seriously reviewing supplied documents instead of filing them. Whether labelling is correct, whether terminal plans match the schematic, whether the parts list is complete – that surfaces at acceptance, or not at all.
Where it makes sense, we build project teams directly at your site. In the preparation phase of large rebuilds that is often the only way to handle the sheer volume of coordination.
We take on technical responsibility, not commercial project management. What we contribute is the technical judgement – whether a solution holds, whether the documents are reliable, whether the schedule works technically.
When this service is needed
- A large project is running and internal capacity is not enough for coordination.
- Supplied documentation has to be reviewed technically.
- Several trades have to be brought together electrically.
- A team is needed on site at short notice for a shutdown.
Process
How we work together
- 01
Familiarisation
We work into the plant, the documents and the project status – on site, not remotely.
- 02
Clarify interfaces
Who delivers what, in what form, by when. Most project problems arise here, not in the technology.
- 03
Support
Ongoing coordination, review of deliveries and updating of the documentation across the project.
- 04
Completion
At acceptance there is documentation that reflects the built state – not the planned one.
Result
What you have at the end
The same contacts from the first conversation to project completion. On long-running projects that is not a service feature but the difference between an overview and a handover protocol.
- Reviewed and approved supplier documentation
- Updated plant documentation matching project status
- Recorded agreements and decisions
- Handover-ready documents for acceptance

Frequently asked
Do you also take on project management?
Technical responsibility yes, commercial project management no. We judge whether a solution holds technically and whether the documents are correct – schedule, budget and contract stay with you.
How quickly can you build a team on site?
That depends on scope and timing and cannot be answered in general. For planned shutdowns, lead time is the decisive factor – the earlier the enquiry, the more reliable the commitment.

A phone call or three lines is enough. From the very start you talk to the people who will later work on your project – not to a distribution list.
