Schematic generation & configuration
There are plants where a hundred conveyor sections mean the same drawing a hundred times – with four changed values. Doing that by hand is not only expensive, it is the most reliable source of error in electrical design.
Where plant sections repeat, the schematic can be generated instead of drawn. The basis is verified macros and a configuration table: which drives, which sensors, which addresses, which designations. From that the complete project is produced.
The gain is not only time. A generated project is internally consistent – same structure, same naming, same terminal logic on every page. Where a hundred pages are drawn by hand, a hundred opportunities for deviation are created too.
We build the generator rules, verify the underlying macros and accompany the first runs. After that you can generate yourself – or we do it project by project.
What matters is the honest upfront check of whether the setup pays. With five variants, rarely; with fifty, almost always. We tell you that beforehand, not afterwards.

Check suitability
First we establish whether the setup pays at all. For that we look at variance: what really changes between two plant sections?

Harden the macros
A generator is only as good as the macros beneath it. These are checked, harmonised and documented before anything is generated.

Build the rules
Configuration structure, designation assignment and reports are set up and tried on a real plant section.

Handover
You receive the generator with documentation and check routine. We accompany the first projects.
Result
What you have at the end
A generator whose output nobody checks will distribute one error reliably across the entire plant. That is why the check routine is part of the delivery.

From what quantity is this worthwhile?
As a rough guide: from around twenty identical units it becomes interesting, from fifty it is almost always economical. What decides is not the number alone but how stable the variance is – frequently changing requirements eat the advantage.
Do we stay dependent on you afterwards?
No. The generator runs in your environment, the rules are documented and your designers are trained. Whether you generate yourself afterwards or commission us is your decision.
