FISEKON GmbH – Fischer Elektrokonstruktion

Fischer Elektrokonstruktion · since 1998

Electrical design for industrial plants.

From a single work package to a fully supported project solution. We support industrial companies and machine builders with new plants, modernisations and existing systems – with our own engineering capability and, where a project demands more, with coordinated specialist partners.

A montage of the fields we work in: a high-speed train, a container ship, heavy road freight, a robot line in vehicle production, wind turbines and a process plant against a city skyline.

01 — What we take on

What FISEKON takes on

FISEKON takes on electrical design and technical documentation for industrial plants – from single engineering tasks to comprehensive project support.

We plan new plants and extensions, work our way into existing structures and support companies when in-house capacity or specific CAE expertise is missing.

Beyond thatWhere a project goes beyond our own engineering services, we can bring in specialised partners and coordinate the technical interfaces.

Where we are at home

Plants differ less in their technology than in what applies around them: standards, shutdown windows, unit numbers, evidence requirements. Three groups where we know the constraints.

09 — Working together

The same contacts. From first conversation to completion.

FISEKON is an owner-managed family business in its second generation. You are not talking to an account team, but to the people who actually work on your project, around the meeting table, on the phone and at your plant. Short decision paths are part of our working day, not of a mission statement.

Frequently asked

What prospects ask us first

Can FISEKON take on complete project scopes?

In engineering, yes: we take on electrical design, planning and technical documentation in full and across the whole project. Where a project goes further, we bring in specialised partners on request and coordinate the technical interfaces. We do not carry out the executing trades ourselves – but you keep a single technical contact.

Can you support our existing design department?

Yes, that is one of our most common cases. We take on individual work packages, absorb project peaks or work within your team over a longer period. We continue in your systematics and with your templates rather than building a second set alongside.

Do you also work with existing and older plants?

Yes. Existing plants are everyday work for us, not the exception. We record the as-is state on site, digitise legacy drawings, carry out revisions and plan onwards from that state – including where the existing documentation is patchy or spans several decades.

Can further trades such as control cabinet building or PLC work be included?

We do not carry out these trades ourselves. On request we bring in specialised partners and coordinate the interfaces – you keep a single technical contact. The same applies to installation, commissioning and testing.

Which CAE systems do you work with?

Primarily EPLAN Electric P8 and ELCAD, plus WSCAD. For cable routing and control cabinet layout we add EPLAN Harness proD and EPLAN Pro Panel. We work inside the structure the customer already uses and continue existing systematics rather than replacing them.

How quickly can you provide engineering capacity?

That depends on the scope and the CAE system involved; a blanket promise would not be serious. What is firm is the response time: describe the plant, scope and timeframe, and you will usually have a reliable answer within one working day on when and to what extent we can start. By phone we are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.

Do you work on site or remotely?

Both, depending on the project. Where the actual state of a plant has to be recorded, we work directly on site, and we build project teams at the customer where that makes sense. Planning and documentation then also happen remotely.

Do you also maintain existing documentation on an ongoing basis?

Yes. That is one of our focal points: revisions, change management and the upkeep of documentation grown over years. Under a maintenance agreement we keep the documents permanently up to date without each change having to be commissioned separately.

Where is FISEKON based?

The head office has been in Marienfeld (Harsewinkel), Stellmacherstr. 7, since 2004. A second office has existed in Gütersloh, Wagenfeldstr. 2, since 2007. We work throughout Germany and on European projects.
