EPLAN designers for your projects

Anyone searching for an EPLAN designer rarely needs one person. What is needed is capacity that works its way into your standard, delivers to the project rhythm and is still there for the next project. That is the difference between a freelancer and an established design team.

Why FISEKON

We take on the electrical design there is no time for in house.

  • One contact, not a distribution list

Whoever takes your project also works on it.

  • Your CAE system, not ours

EPLAN, WSCAD, ELCAD — with your part master.

  • Existing plants are our everyday work

Plant runs, documents do not match. That is where we start.

  • Capacity without a permanent post

Design capacity when you need it.

When this service is needed

  • A project is due and the EPLAN capacity cannot be staffed internally.
  • A designer is out, the deadlines remain.
  • A peak load has to be absorbed without permanently building up staff.
  • Finding and onboarding freelancers costs more time than the project has.

Result

  • Complete EPLAN project with article references
  • Reports: terminal plans, cable lists, parts lists
  • Documented designation system
  • Traceable revision states

An EPLAN project is only good when the reports are correct without anyone reworking them - terminal plan, cable list and parts list fall out of the design, not out of post-processing.

Process

How we work together

  1. 01

    Clarify the requirement

Scope, system environment, standard, deadlines. You receive a reliable assessment, usually within one working day.

  2. 02

    Onboarding

We adopt your designation system, your article data and your templates - and document what we find.

  3. 03

    Design in rhythm

Fixed contacts, agreed delivery cycles, interim states in the EPLAN project rather than PDF snapshots.

  4. 04

    Handover

The project passes to you in full: drawings, article data, macros and a revision state the next editor can build on.

We take on EPLAN design as a service: from individual schematics to complete plant sections to end-to-end work in EPLAN Electric P8, EPLAN Pro Panel and EPLAN Harness proD. You are not hiring a single pair of hands but a team that has worked in this niche since 1998, in which designers can stand in for one another.

The engagement does not start with the first drawing but with your standard: designation system, article data, macros, page structure. We work our way in and continue your structure rather than bringing our own. Where no standard exists yet, we propose one and put it in writing.

Whether the work runs remotely from Marienfeld and Guetersloh or on site with you depends on the project. For longer undertakings we build project teams at your premises; for ongoing design work a fixed rhythm with the same contacts has proven itself, from first conversation to completion.

In machine and special-machine building, planning is usually awarded as a package, not as individual drawing work. That is exactly how we take it on: schematics in Electric P8, cabinet layout and manufacturing data in Pro Panel, wire harnesses in Harness proD, plus reports and documentation - one scope with one responsible contact, not a chain of separate trades.

Economics deserve an honest calculation. An in-house EPLAN position costs more than the salary: licence and workstation, onboarding, cover for absence - and it costs in the months when no design work is due. As a service, you pay for capacity when projects exist. With permanently full workload, own staff is cheaper; with fluctuating project load the calculation tips our way, and most of our customers sit exactly there.

What you receive is not a stack of drawings but a maintained EPLAN project: with clean article references, traceable revision states and reports that are correct. That is what separates design that holds up in operation from drawings that are only complete on handover day.

Frequently asked

A team or a single designer - what is the difference?

A single freelancer takes their knowledge with them when they leave. With us, designers bring each other up to speed, holiday and absence are covered, and the standard of your project is documented - the next order starts without repeated onboarding.

Which EPLAN programs do you work in?

EPLAN Electric P8 for electrical design, EPLAN Pro Panel for 3D cabinet layout and EPLAN Harness proD for wire harnesses. Alongside these, ELCAD and WSCAD where your plants are documented there.

Do you work remotely or on site?

Both. Ongoing design work mostly runs remotely from Marienfeld and Guetersloh; for projects needing close coordination we build teams at your premises. The mixed mode - onboarding on site, design remote - has often proven itself.

Do you also take on the complete package?

Yes - and in machine building that is the normal case: from electrical design through cabinet layout and wire harnesses to finished documentation, as one scope with one responsible contact. We equally take on individual trades, for instance only the Pro Panel layout on top of your existing design.

What is the economic case for outsourcing rather than hiring?

An in-house position costs licence, workstation, onboarding and absence cover on top of the salary - and it costs even when no design work is due. Outsourced, you pay only for the capacity projects actually need. Honestly, the reverse also holds: whoever keeps an EPLAN workstation permanently busy is better off with own staff.

How quickly can you start?

That depends on current workload and cannot be promised across the board. What we can promise: you will usually receive an honest assessment within one working day of whether and from when we can take on your project.

A phone call or three lines is enough. From the very start you talk to the people who will later work on your project, not to a distribution list.
