EPLAN workshops & training
The difference between a standard course and a useful workshop is the material. Practise on a constructed example and you can do it – on the example. Practise on your own plant and you take the result back to your desk.
We pass on what we apply daily: ways of working in EPLAN Electric P8, building sound system structures, and handling macros, article databases and component libraries.
Content follows your starting point – from a structured introduction to targeted extension of existing standards. Often it is less about unknown functions than about using the existing ones consistently: reports, cross-references, device management, project templates.
Wherever possible we work on your projects and in your environment. That is more awkward to prepare and considerably more effective, because the typical stumbling blocks of your standard come with it.
On request we add a follow-up phase: the first projects afterwards run with the option to ask questions, so what was learned does not vanish in the first busy week.
When this service is needed
- New staff need structured onboarding.
- An existing standard is not applied consistently.
- Pro Panel or Harness proD are to be introduced.
- The team works competently but inconsistently.

How we work together

Clarify needs
A preliminary talk with the participants, not only with management. The people doing it daily know where it sticks.

Tailoring
Content, scope and material are tailored to your level. Where possible we work with your projects.

Delivery
Small groups, plenty of hands-on work, little lecturing. If useful, spread across several short sessions instead of one long block.

Follow-up
You receive the results produced and a summary. On request we accompany the first projects afterwards.

What you have at the end
A workshop after which nobody does anything differently was an event. So we work on real projects and produce results that stay at the desk.

Frequently asked
Does it take place at our site or yours?
Usually at yours, because then we can work in your environment and on your projects. For fundamentals our Gütersloh office also works – it was originally set up as a training office.
How large should the group be?
Small. From about eight participants a workshop becomes a demonstration, because individual attention disappears. For larger teams we prefer to split.
Are these certified EPLAN courses?
No. We are not a certified training partner and issue no manufacturer certificates. What we offer is practical knowledge from daily project work.
