You have completed your state-certified technician qualification in electrical engineering or automation technology, or you are about to? Then you are probably looking for a position where you no longer just carry out work but plan it. That is exactly what we do.
At FISEKON everything has revolved around electrical engineering design since 1998. Our team has completed more than 2,300 projects since then, for mid-sized companies as well as international industrial groups.
Your responsibilities
- Electrical design of plants and machinery in EPLAN Electric P8
- Creating and revising circuit diagrams and schematics
- Recording and continuing existing plant documentation, also on site at our customers
- Working to standards and our customers’ specifications
- Coordinating technical questions with colleagues and customers
- With growing experience, taking full responsibility for your own projects
What you bring
- A qualification as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering, automation technology or similar, or you are about to complete it
- Practical experience from your apprenticeship and working life, for example as an electronics technician or mechatronics technician
- First experience with EPLAN or another CAE system is a plus, but not a requirement
- A good understanding of standards and protective measures
- A structured, careful way of working
Never designed before? No problem. You are trained according to a plan, with fixed contact persons and on real projects.
Your pay grade
Without design experience you start in EG02. As soon as you handle projects independently within your professional competence, you move to EG03. If you already have this experience, you start directly in EG03.
How we grade
Transparent, not up for negotiation. Our pay follows a fixed pay matrix with clearly defined pay grades, comprehensible criteria and binding salary bands. The same standards apply to everyone, regardless of who negotiates best. Which pay grade (EG) applies to you depends on what you are actually responsible for on the project, not on the title of your degree. All amounts are gross per month, paid 13 times a year.
