You studied electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics, as a Bachelor of Engineering or with a Diplom? Then you know the theory. With us you learn how it turns into reliable drawings for blast furnaces, large heat pumps and production lines.
At FISEKON everything has revolved around electrical engineering design since 1998. Our team has completed more than 2,300 projects since then, for mid-sized companies as well as international industrial groups.
Your responsibilities
- Electrical design of plants and machinery in EPLAN Electric P8
- Dimensioning and planning electrical systems to customer requirements
- Creating and revising circuit diagrams and schematics
- Working with macros, part data and design standards
- Technical coordination with customers and project managers
- With growing experience, project and quality responsibility as well
What you bring
- A completed degree (bachelor, master or Diplom) in electrical engineering, automation technology, mechatronics or similar
- Starting your career or first experience in electrical design, both work
- EPLAN knowledge from your studies, an internship or work is a plus
- Interest in standards, documentation and a clean structure
- Keen to talk to customers directly
Just finished your degree? Then apply. We train you according to a plan, on a live project.
Your pay grade
As a graduate you start in EG02. As soon as you handle projects independently, you move to EG03. With experience in electrical design you start directly in EG03. Your grade depends on what you do, not on your degree alone.
How we grade
Transparent, not up for negotiation. Our pay follows a fixed pay matrix with clearly defined pay grades, comprehensible criteria and binding salary bands. The same standards apply to everyone, regardless of who negotiates best. Which pay grade (EG) applies to you depends on what you are actually responsible for on the project, not on the title of your degree. All amounts are gross per month, paid 13 times a year.

How it continues
Once you meet the criteria of the next grade in your everyday work, you move up to that grade. We discuss this with you regularly, based on concrete projects.
