Your pay grade
You start in EG03. If you already handle complex and new projects entirely on your own responsibility, advise customers independently and develop third-party standards further, we place you in EG04. Where you stand is something we discuss openly in the interview, based on the criteria below.
How we grade
Transparent, not up for negotiation. Our pay follows a fixed pay matrix with clearly defined pay grades, comprehensible criteria and binding salary bands. The same standards apply to everyone, regardless of who negotiates best. Which pay grade (EG) applies to you depends on what you are actually responsible for on the project, not on the title of your degree. All amounts are gross per month, paid 13 times a year.
